Laurel Caliendo is an experienced and accomplished female manager in the mortgage lending industry. With more than 30 years of mortgage experience, she has established herself as a prominent figure in the field.

Throughout her career, Laurel has gained extensive knowledge and skills in all aspects of mortgage lending. She has navigated running her own independent mortgage company while maintaining high standards of service and customer satisfaction, making her a trusted authority in the industry.

Currently serving as the Regional Manager for Bay Equity in New England, Laurel’s role involves strategic planning, loan origination, risk assessment, and overseeing a team of dedicated professionals.

Tripp is an industry leader, bringing to Bay Equity numerous top producer and Chairman’s awards.

While he has vast experience helping a full range of borrowers, Tripp especially enjoys working with first-time home buyers to help them achieve the American Dream of home ownership.

Tripp is a native of South Carolina who has called Georgia home since 1997. He and his wife Linday and two children reside in the Alpharetta area. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, and an occasional round of golf.

Travis has been a perennial Top 1% Nationally Loan Originator and now leads the sales team for the Southeast Division.

He has an unwavering commitment to provide exceptional service to our clients and to support each teammate to achiever their career goals.

With over three decades of experience in the mortgage industry, Robin Rafii has forged an impressive career marked by the establishment of thriving mortgage practices in both Southern California and Austin, TX.

In the 1990’s, Robin founded a successful mortgage firm, and then joined Bay Equity Home Loans in 2014.

With an extensive knowledge of mortgage operations, sales, and management, Robin currently serves as a Regional Sales Manager, utilizing her deep industry knowledge to drive success for her sales team in the dynamic world of mortgage financing.

Rick Jones is a top producing Regional Sales Manager with a mortgage career spanning more than three decades. In 1992, Rick founded a successful boutique mortgage firm, later merging with Bay Equity Home Loans.

Today, Rick empowers his sales team with time-tested strategies and invaluable business resources, fostering their business growth. Renowned for his remarkable leadership in the lending sector, Rick consistently ranks among the nation's top 1% of Mortgage Originators, a testament to his unwavering dedication and expertise.

With nearly 40 years experience in the mortgage space, including 24 specializing in reverse mortgages, Glen brings a wealth of knowledge, leadership, and business acumen to the table.

His career has been defined by a passion for educating and empowering seniors, loan originators, and referral partners through a consumer-centric approach.

Glen’s dedication to ethical practices and regulatory compliance has garnered industry acclaim. As a dynamic leader, he is committed to driving growth, fostering partnerships, and championing financial security for seniors nationwide.

Scott has committed the past 25 years to the financial industry. He began as a financial advisor and later owned and managed a Pacific Northwest mortgage company.

Scott brings that experience to Bay Equity in his role at Pacific Northwest Regional Manager. He uses his experience and knowledge to guide and lead branch managers and top loan officers in growing and building their teams.

John Flores is a highly respected mortgage professional with a reputation built on providing straightforward answers and delivering on promises. John offers transparent solutions for clients a every stage of home ownership. His leadership style is influenced by 20 years of baseball coaching at the club, high school, and Division 1 college levels.

John is looking for qualified Loan Officers to join his high producing region with its culture of excellence and integrity, proven success, mentorship for professional development and a dedication to exceptional customer service.

Geri Farr is a prominent figure in mortgage lending, with a notable career spanning regional and national giants like Nova Home Loans, Irwin, and Freedom Mortgage. Her career commenced supporting top producers at Cornerstone Home Lending, learning the ropes of the mortgage industry.

Mrs. Farr has focused her career on orchestrating others’ successes as well as her own, building market share, and establishing brands in emerging markets. Her beginning at Neiman Marcus as a buyer established her practice of “Minding the Store” which she continues to utilize today.

A Vanderbilt graduate in Spanish and Art History, Farr now resides in Phoenix with her husband and two daughters.
